I have used the Problem Reports and Solutions tool and under Solutions to install it reports "No solution found". When I click Error is being researched undet the Information about other problems I get another screen with "See related problems". I look at the page that link brings up and find Problem "Shuts down unexpectedly. Solution Status "Solution Flound". OK so now what? I would really like to be able to use normal mode but so far can only boot to safe mode. That seems to be preventing me from printing the solution. Sort of a catch 22? Any help possible?
Thanks,
Jon
